Enrollment Policy

REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES

Please provide the following:

Birth Certificate Please bring in your student's birth certificate, we will make a copy

Proof of Parent/Guardian ResidenceTwo separate documents tied to the home are required to verify residence. Reasonable evidence of residency may be established by documentation, including but not limited to any of the following:

      Current Utility Bills         Car Insurance Bill         State Agency Mail        Housing Authority Voucher       Current W-2 Forms       Property Tax  

        Rental or Lease agreement with parent name, student name, and address, as well as manager or owner’s name and phone number.

Immunization Record:  Please provide a copy of your child’s current immunization record. Must include Tdap pertussis.          

Previous School RecordsBefore your child can enroll we must have all of the following:

  • Official Transcript
  • California HS Exit Exam Scores  (11th and 12th grade only)              
  • Transfer Grades 
  • Attendance & Discipline Record
  • Withdrawal Form    
  • CELDT Scores (If applicable)                  

IF YOUR STUDENT IS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION (has a current I.E.P)

Please contact the District Office Special Education Department to request a 30-day Placement.
